IT System And Network Landscape Manager

What success looks like in this role:

• You support the planning, development, and optimization of our customer-facing system and network landscape.
• You work with Windows and Linux-based, physical and virtual systems.
• You continuously develop our IT systems, ensure consistent documentation, and actively promote information security.
• You are a competent contact person for your IT colleagues with technical questions and problem-solving.
• You bring your own ideas and actively shape our IT infrastructure and internal processes.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• A completed university or higher education degree in computer science or a similar field.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft infrastructure environment (current server versions, Active Directory, etc.).
• Routinary experience with databases (Oracle, MS SQL).
• Solid knowledge of virtualizations (VMWare or similar).
• Experience in creating backup strategies and with load balancing technologies.
• Knowledge in VDI environments (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) is desirable.
• Independent, service-oriented working style, willing to learn and open to changing situations and needs, high commitment, and agility in dealing with customer requests.
• Experience in direct customer contact is desirable.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
