What success looks like in this role:
- Design and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform, focusing on integrations with third-party systems.
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs, scripted web services, and MID Server integrations.
- Implement and support ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, or custom applications.
- Work on end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery, including architecture, design, development, and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in ServiceNow development.
- Maintain documentation of architecture, solutions, and processes.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and data integrity.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow development, a strong understanding of automation technologies (RPA, AI/ML, iPaaS), and the ability to integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems to drive end-to-end automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform, focusing on integrations with third-party systems.
- Design and implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), AI/ML services, and other automation tools.
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, configuration, and performance optimization.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and automation engineers.
- Conduct architectural reviews, gap analysis, and solution assessments.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and automation trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with Hyperautomation technologies including RPA, AI/ML, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in agile environments and lead cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, and other IT governance frameworks.
- Experience in automation strategy and enterprise architecture.
