HR Business Partner/Manager
What success looks like in this role:
- You function as HR Business Partner/Manager for one or several countries of the Unisys Corporation and support the business with advice and support in a wide variety of questions and problems
- You develop good working relationships with country, regional, or corporate leaders to work out local human resource strategies that make our global business strategies, goals, and standards fly
- You advise managers on building effective teams and tackling various human resource tasks
- Additionally, you support talent development, salary issues, training, leadership development, and performance management
- You act as the face of the HR department for your stakeholders and are the interface and link to other areas of HR (e.g. talent acquisition, talent management, and compensation and benefits)
- Furthermore, you ensure compliance with company policies and respective country-specific laws and global regulations; additionally, you conduct investigations and decide on follow-up measures
- You negotiate collective agreements with our works councils and advise as an employer representative depending on the rights of the respective countries
- You play a key role in the acquisition and merger of companies and conduct HR due diligence and later employee integration
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Completed studies in the field of business administration or comparable courses
- Several years of experience in the role of HR Business Partner
- Experience in effectively handling works councils including negotiating collective agreements with local employee representatives (preferably Germany & Austria)
- Solid knowledge in labor law (preferably specializing in the DACH region), leadership consulting, and development
- A high degree of independence, self-responsible, structured work with an eye for the crucial details
- Negotiating-confident German and English in speech and writing
