Network Operations Support Specialist

Provides Network Operations support for small / medium projects.

Works with Network Operations team members to interpret client and business needs and translate them into business, application, system, technical and operational requirements.

Develops system requirements, including process flows and use cases.

Determines impact on existing applications and databases based on requirements.

Works with technical colleagues to ensure all requirements are addressed in solution design.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Support end-users by resolving network-related incidents and service requests.

Perform routine checks, patch updates, and preventive maintenance of networking equipment.

Assist in implementing network security measures (firewalls, VPN, access controls).

Document network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.

Collaborate with senior engineers on network upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.

Participate in on-call or shift-based support 24X7.

Develops positive working relationships with relevant teams, vendors and other relevant stakeholders

Assists with special projects as assigned.

You will be successful in this role if you have: BA/BS degree and 2-4 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
