What success looks like in this role:
• Provides operational and technical support for the data center computer systems and associated peripheral equipment.
• Monitors the performance of online systems using software support tools to complete all scheduled work on time.
• Interacts with clients and appropriate support groups to forward problems for resolution.
• Reassigns work priorities according to precedents, policies, and procedures.
• Participates in on-call rotation; responds to system alerts and problems.
• Updates systems and applications.
