Application Dev Engineer

C# .NET Developer

What success looks like in this role:

Mandatory:

• Experience with C# .NET, ASP.NET MVC, WEB API, SQL server programming Entity Framework, Java script, J-Query, Source control - Git
• SQL Server Programming - writing SQL queries, database design, optimization of SQL queries
• Experience in developing and deploying web applications with IIS web server
• Experience in configuration, database administration, network, infrastructure
• Experience with email, file shares
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Perform application and DB scripts deployment
• Strong understanding of application support processes and procedures – using incident ticket management, Jira or other tools
• Strong understanding of Azure/AWS cloud environment – develop, test, deploy and manage web applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Create and maintain documentation for software design specifications
• Positive attitude, with high levels of self-motivation and self-governance
• Customer orientation and strong customer facing skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

Good to have Skillset:

• Power shell scripting, automation of the manual tasks using scripts
• Experience with Azure VMs, Azure Devops, CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous delivery)
• Nice to have Azure App service and or other Azure cloud services

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
