Head & Neck Sales Executive

The Head & Neck Sales Executive will be responsible for the complete Tekno Surgical Head and Neck Portfolio within the defined territory. The position will achieve sales and market share objectives by selling and demonstrating the full Head and Neck Portfolio of products.

You must build relationships with customers in your accounts and also personnel in all areas of the company. You will work with the managers and marketing department to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand product positioning, key benefits, and the target customers in your accounts.

Location: The role is based in the Leinster/Connacht region. Ideal candidate must be located on territory.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing the entire ENT and CMF portfolio in your Accounts.

• Some sales will also involve engagement in neuro, spine, plastics/reconstructive and general surgery.

• Developing relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships.

• Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis.

• Assist customers with clinical, technical and commercial enquires.

• Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility.

• Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential.

• Working with the Managers to assist developing and implementing ongoing Head & Neck Portfolio market plans, working with all departments to execute.

• Assessing the direction the business is taking in your Accounts and forecasting progress.

• Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility.

• Attendance at relevant conferences/meetings and Educational Courses with Customers both in Ireland and abroad.

Role Requirements

• Preferably +2 years' successful track record in medical sales, ideally, but not necessarily with Head & Neck product sales or related sales experience. Candidates with nursing/technician experience will also be considered.

• High reliance on drive and planning/organisational skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills: Customer focused with strong influencing skills.

• Good administrative and computing skills.

• Commercially aware. Able to manage a complex business. Well organised.

• Self-motivated and team player.

• Must have full, clean driving license (company car provided).
