Retail Operations Executive

The role of the Retail Operations Executive is to provide a broad variety of support services including communications, analysis, relationship building and organising and structuring departments and stores. The role will provide support to the territory management team and pharmacies in day to day processes also.

  • Weekly and monthly store communications documents

  • Monthly KPI reporting across dispensary and front of shop with summary analysis provided to the Operation Manager

  • Work with area managers and operations manager to ensure sufficient documentation, tool kits, analysis is provided to all franch group pharmacies

  • Maintenance of store back office files

  • Retail Projects

  • Collation and resolution of queries and feedback from all symbol group pharmacies

  • Manage ongoing relationships with relevant third party providers

  • Support Territory/Area managers with administrative task

  • Update and maintain policies and procedures

  • Assist all store operations projects

  • Work with the commercial department to deliver effective communication to stores

  • Provide feedback from stores to all head office departments

  • Ad hoc operational activities

Qualification, Experience & Skills Required

  • Retail store manager with minimum 3 years retail experience

  • Administrative / office experience of minimum 1 year

  • Have strong people and influencing skills.

  • A proven track record of sales growth and business development

  • Excellent communication, planning, organisation and analytical skills

  • Flexible, motivated and a hard-working leader
