Project Manager

The primary purpose of the Project Manager is to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of project DAWN-related elements to ensure the supply of medicines and medical supplies is not interrupted.

This role plays a critical part in coordinating efforts across various stakeholders, managing resources effectively, and ensuring the timely delivery of the transition plans to move Allphar principal stock across warehouses.

Project Planning and Execution: Together with the Key account manager and Allphar supplier, development of the individual project plan for stock movement.

Supply Chain Oversight: Work closely with the operations team to ensure the timely movement of stock to G2 / G1.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks to project success and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring continuity of supply and adherence to quality standards.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, maintain accurate project documentation, and conduct post-project evaluations to derive insights for future improvements.

Key Skills & Experiences:

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex projects within the healthcare sector
  • An Engineering background is a plus, but not a must-have
  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and procurement processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, adept at interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse challenges, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and capable of working in dynamic environments, adjusting strategies as per evolving project needs.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
