Training Coordinator

To work closely with the Operational team to identify, train & assess staff to the appropriate approved procedures/SOP's. To work closely with the Operational team to ensure that records are maintained of all training completed and ensuring that each employee is trained in at least three tasks and also ensuring that there are sufficient trained staff in all areas of the business.

Key Duties:

  • Carry out in-depth training on all operational processes systems ensuring that all staff are signed off against the approved processes/SOP's.
  • Complete regular assessment of staff in their roles to ensure that competency is being maintained in all areas.
  • Be available to work across all shifts to ensure consistency in training and processes.
  • Maintain internal training documents e.g. training handbook and appropriate skills matrix for use across the Operational team.
  • Support, and help develop the introduction of a scheme for measuring quality and effectiveness of training.
  • Develop, maintain and manage all operational training records.
  • Upload training documents to Q-pulse for retention.
  • You will be required to work in all parts of the warehouse and in the event of there being no training or admin to be completed, to help with tasks as directed by operational supervisors.

Key Skills & Experiences:

  • A good working knowledge of Uniphar Operational processes
  • Proficient on MS Word and Excel.
  • Talent and interest in teaching and developing personal.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Other spoken languages would be beneficial

Candidates must be fully eligible to work permanently in Ireland.
