UFS Operator Experience & Trade Marketing Manager

Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) is the foodservice division of Unilever, operating across more than 70 countries and serving professional chefs and foodservice operators globally. UFS Malaysia is accelerating its growth by strengthening operator (restaurant business owners & chefs) engagement, and omnichannel go to market execution, innovation and fast-paced digital transformation. We are looking for a commercially driven Operator Experience & Trade Marketing Manager to lead our trade marketing agenda and elevate how UFS engages and grows with operators. This multi-faceted role sits at the intersection of trade marketing, operator experience commercial execution and digital transformation and overlooks critical parts of UFS Malaysia demand creation model.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience Minimum 3-6 years experience in trade marketing, operator/shopper marketing, or commercial marketing, preferably within foodservice, FMCG, or B2B environments.
  • Strong experience translating strategy into field ready trade and operator programs.
  • Proven track record of working cross functionally with Sales and commercial teams.
  • Experience in Data and Analytics, Statistics, would be highly beneficial.
  • Commercially savvy, with a clear understanding of channels, promotions, and trade mechanics.
  • Data driven and analytical mindset with ability to use insights to optimize performance.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and agency leadership skills.
  • Strong operator/shopper understanding and ability to convert insights into action
