Job Purpose

In sales support, you will support the implementation of commercial goals through efficient and precise handling of administrative and process-related tasks. You will ensure transparency and traceability in internal structures and contribute to the reliable management of contracts, payments, and data. You will work closely with the sales team and the field force to ensure smooth operations and efficient implementation of processes.

Your Tasks:

• Creation and management of customer contracts and maintenance of the contract overview
• Processing, posting, and handling of payments to customers and business partners
• Control, booking, and digital filing of incoming invoices
• Ongoing maintenance and updating of the relevant budget
• General administrative and accounting tasks to support the team in daily business

Skills/Experience & Qualification:

• Passion for the FMCG industry and our brands and categories
• Commercial basic education (e.g. commercial education) or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in a similar role in sales support or administrative work. Experience in accounting/budget and invoice controls is an advantage.
• Exact, structured, and independent working method as well as high reliability and responsibility
• A networked and structured way of thinking
• A high degree of motivation, independence, team capability, and time management
• Very good verbal skills in German (English is advantageous)
• Solid MS-Office skills and experience in working with ERP systems are advantageous

More information: By the end of 2025, Unilever will spin off its ice cream business. This job will also be transferred to the new ice cream company.
