We are looking to lead the definition and management of the brand strategy to effectively connect with consumers, positioning ourselves as leaders in their minds, promoting financial health, market growth, and enhancing the development of innovations that reinforce the relevance and competitiveness of the brands, with the goal of developing our brands competitively in the market.

Location: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Duration: 6 months

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support in defining the long-term strategy of the brands in different countries and channels of the region.
  • Lead the innovation process: from identifying opportunities to bringing the product to the point of sale.
  • Build and validate business cases for new launches.
  • Cascade the strategic plan and innovations to the local business and teams.
  • Collect and apply consumer learning to strengthen the brand strategy.
  • Identify market opportunities to strengthen the product portfolio.
  • Ensure the correct execution of market deployment (prices, materials, campaigns, visibility at the point of sale).
  • Define and cascade the pricing strategy and strategy versus competition of the portfolio in the region.
  • Review theoretical prices vs market on a periodic basis and make necessary adjustments.
  • Monitor the media budget and ensure an adequate communication mix.
  • Develop the multi-channel communication plan, including the production of advertising assets.
  • Ensure the consistency of communication at the point of sale in all countries.
  • Ensure the compliance of the P&L and the sales mix to achieve the expected gross margin.

Requirements:

  • Graduated in Marketing Administration, administration, or related fields.
  • Experience in projects.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Digital Innovation.
  • Proficiency in English.
