Your main responsibilities will include evaluating manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, studying production and machine requirements, developing and testing effective automated and manual systems, designing and installing equipment, organizing and managing manufacturing workflows and resources, integrating disparate systems, optimizing facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and network performance, resolving issues and delays in production, finding ways to reduce costs and maximize quality, training staff in new and existing processes, and ensuring that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.
To succeed in this role, you will need an engineering degree (industrial, mechanical, electrical), previous experience of two years as a manufacturing engineer or similar role, familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques, commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations, and well-versed in relevant software (e.g. CAD, MS Office). Skills such as project management, problem-solving, teamwork, and critical thinking are essential. You should be passionate about high performance, have personal mastery, love the consumer, demonstrate purpose and service, and show agility.
