Key Account Manager E-Commerce

Unilever is currently hiring for Key Account Manager E-Commerce. This role reports to the Foods Channel Lead and is based in Warsaw, Poland, with a hybrid model.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable business with e-commerce partners across Foods. Your main tasks will be:

  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Implementing Unilever product strategies for dedicated clients (omnichannel and pure players).
  • Negotiating JBPs and commercial conditions on an annual basis and during the year.
  • Building market shares with dedicated clients.
  • Managing P&L as well as marketing and commercial budgets.
  • Cooperating with content, marketing, trade marketing, and other teams.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients based on partnership growth.

What You Need To Succeed:

Experiences & Qualifications:

  • Min 3 years experience in Key Accounting role preferably in ecommerce channel.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce market and new sales channels.
  • Developed analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to create strong relationships with customers & conduct effective negotiation.
  • P&L – financial acumen.
  • Advanced English skills / min. B2.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Capability for problem solving and decision making.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional team to create added value for Unilever and customer.
  • Open-minded personality and cross-cultural soft skills.

Leadership:

  • You are energized by delivering fantastic results. You are an example to others – both your results and your resilience. You are constantly on the lookout for better ways to do things, engaging and collaborating with others along the way.
