Support For Employees

Provide support to employees during key moments within the company through strategies of culture, recognition and engagement to enhance the development of employees and motivate them to be their best version while contributing to the construction of the team culture and accompanying the business in achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee experience movements (Hires, exits, and changes).
• Activations, visits, and activities within the site.
• Compliance with internal policies and internal regulations (BI Compliance).
• Leading Development People Forum, End Of Year.
• Performance evaluation of unionized employees.
• Performance Improvement Plan.
• Rotation according to the plant's objective.
• Conducting investigations related to the policy of dignity and fair treatment.
• Identifying trends in absenteeism, rotation, and reports to the internal regulations.
• Compliance with policies (reduction of penalties).
• Being a point of escalation for internal HR processes of Monterrey plant.
• Being the point of contact for HR doubts.
• Employee engagement and employee experience (Univoice).

Position Profile:

• Education: Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related.
• 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Analyst/HRBP, Experience Expert leading processes in key moments of employees (maternity/paternity, doubts IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, Joiners/Leavers, Movements/Promotions).
• Previous experience in Labor Relations (Union Processes).

Competencies:

• Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law.
• Advanced English.
• Software knowledge.
