eCommerce Sales Manager – APAC

Blueair is expanding its APAC eCommerce footprint and seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial eCommerce Sales Manager to spearhead our entry and growth in Southeast Asia and East Asia. You will play a key role in launching new digital sales channels in emerging markets and taking ownership of a mature, high-revenue business in a major Northeast Asian market.

Initially, you will work with partners like aCommerce to establish and grow our business on Lazada and Shopee in Malaysia and Singapore. In the following months, you'll take full commercial ownership of an established online business in East Asia, transitioning it in-house to drive performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Southeast Asia Market Entry:
    • Partner with aCommerce to launch Blueair on Lazada and Shopee in Malaysia and Singapore.
    • Develop local go-to-market strategies, product listings, pricing structures, and promotional calendars.
    • Oversee marketplace operations and agency deliverables.
  • East Asia Business Transition & Growth:
    • Lead the integration and performance management of a well-established eCommerce business.
    • Own commercial operations, sales targets, content, promotions, and forecasting.
  • Sales Strategy & Analytics:
    • Track and optimize performance metrics, sales forecasts, and operational KPIs.
    • Deliver monthly business reviews and revenue reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Align with China-based supply chain, global eCommerce teams, and regional marketing.
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution.

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of eCommerce or marketplace sales experience in SEA or Northeast Asia.
  • Proven success in launching or scaling online business units.
  • Experience with third-party sellers, distributors, or retail platforms.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or Japanese is a strong advantage.
  • Ambitious, data-savvy, and eager to take ownership of regional growth initiatives.
