Area Sales Manager

Accurately forecasts annual, quarter, and month turnover, both primary and secondary sales for the assigned territory.

Develop specific plans to ensure turnover growth in UTT's product portfolio.

Coordinate proper distributors resources to ensure efficient and consistent sales results.

Reviews progress of sales, execution score, direct coverage, and relevant project throughout the year.

Work closely with DT Owner, DT Supervisor, DT Sales force, and closely work in the market. Direct contact with shop owner and consumer.

Manage personnel and develop distributor's salesman field competency and skill development.

Ensure compliances of sales policies, practices and procedures.
