Account Manager/ Key Account Manager - General Trade

Function: Customer Development Reports To: Area Sales Manager Scope: Local Scope Location: Sri Lanka Terms & Conditions: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver annual & monthly company targets in terms of volume & revenue.
  • Develop sales by improving services of business partners and capability of sales force.
  • Handle winning negotiations to overcome business challenges.
  • Understand the digital commerce landscape and developments to drive digitization across the business.
  • Maintain good relationship with both internal and external stakeholders amidst tough market conditions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Be a graduate or possess a relevant equivalent professional qualification.
  • Have experience in sales in a similar capacity (preferably FMCG) will be an added advantage.
  • Be self-confident and assertive with good inter-personal and relationship management skills.
  • Possess a valid driving license and be willing to work in outstation areas.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and motivate the team to achieve set business objectives.
