Our Sales Associates have the task of:

• Providing exceptional customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient payment
• Bringing out the best in each customer by suggesting the right shoes and clothing
• Sharing their knowledge of and love for our products and promoting the Under Armour rewards program
• Stocking and keeping the store clean
• Working in the store as needed, such as at sales points and payment processes
• Fulfilling omni-channel requests through the Digital Experience
• Demonstrating collaboration skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Demonstrating the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Promoting customer loyalty by informing customers about our rewards programs
• Taking responsibility for their own development and growth opportunities to improve performance
• Submitting omni-channel requests in accordance with the UA process and policy through the Digital Experience
• Meeting the working hours according to the attendance policy of Under Armour
• Performing tasks assigned by management

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years old, or 18 years old in California
• Ability to move around the sales floor, storage area, and office and lift a weight up to 12 kg
• Fluent in the local language, basic knowledge of English is a plus
• Available to work with a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, as needed by the company
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform the essential responsibilities of the job
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodations
• Familiar with or willing to learn to work with technological equipment (such as computers, hand-helds, and mobile devices)
