Job Description

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the Sales Representatives (SR) in carrying out the relations with the company's external customers
• Manages requests for quotations and orders received.
• Informs SR about customer requests – for additional materials, changes in commercial conditions, etc.
• Updates projects in local CRM
• Analyzes project pre-calculations
• Drafts and manages contractual documentation for the company's clients: Contracts, Addendums, information, etc.
• Prepares analysis reports of closed construction sites
• Various analyses, prices, balance sheet on projects, companies, economic performance, etc. – at the request of superiors
• Approvals according to Sales Guidelines

Qualifications

• Construction background preferred
• Computer Operation Knowledge – Excel (Advanced), Word, MS Office, Internet
• Knowledge of English
• Knowledge of Estonian
• Clear and effective communication
• Very good time organization
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Seriousness, responsibility, fairness
