Job Description

• Support of production sites in Austria (Amstetten, St. Martin) for selected products in all quality issues
• Support, qualification, and development of international metalworking suppliers
• Cooperation with suppliers in the areas of welding constructions, forged parts, casting parts
• Implementation of inspection plans at the incoming goods and in the production including suitable inspection tools
• Contribution to production optimization projects in quality-related issues
• Cooperation with colleagues in the international network of Quality Engineers of Doka

Qualifications

• Technical education (HTL, study) in the metal sector or specific vocational qualification and several years of professional experience, preferably in the field of quality assurance
• Very good technical knowledge in welding, ideally with adequate training (e.g. IWT,...)
• Experience with forged parts, casting parts, or hydraulics is an advantage
• Very good English skills
• Enthusiasm for actively shaping and continuously improving quality processes
• High team spirit and familiar with working in a dynamic network
• Excellent communication skills, high self-motivation, and reliability

For this position, a market-conforming salary is offered, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.

We are legally obliged to provide a minimum salary. The annual gross minimum salary for this position is EUR 40,133.94 according to the collective agreement of the woodworking industry.
