Job Description

To professionally secure our growth and strategically develop our operational structures in project business, we are looking for an experienced individual as an Operations & Process Manager (m/w/d).

Your Mission

You will design and improve our operational processes, digital systems, and structures in the project-driven interior construction and general contracting environment. In close cooperation with construction and project management, you will act as the central interface to finance, purchasing, HR, and IT and ensure efficient operations, transparent information, and smooth project execution.

You think process-oriented, act practically, and establish standards that create real value in the daily operational project environment – with a clear focus on project execution on and around the construction site and not on classic logistics, warehouse, or series processes.

Your Tasks

• Development and standardization of our end-to-end processes – from project initiation to completion
• Optimization and maintenance of our digital tool landscape (Capmo, NEVARIS, BMD, Microsoft 365, Power Platform)
• Establishment of clear interfaces, responsibilities, and efficient organizational processes
• Creation of practical process documentation, workflows, checklists, and standards
• Development of KPI dashboards and preparation of decision-making bases for management
• Management of external IT and process partners as well as support of system rollouts and training
• Ensuring a well-organized office operation at both locations (to a minor extent)

Qualifications

What You Should Bring

• Completed economic or technical studies
• At least 5 years of professional experience in operations, process, or project management – ideally in the construction/interior construction field
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and ideally Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Knowledge of ERP and project management systems (e.g., BMD, NEVARIS, Capmo, BIM tools)
• Very good understanding of project management methods (classical, agile, hybrid) and change management
• Experience with ISO certifications and process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) is advantageous
• Analytical and structured thinking, organizational talent, and high digital affinity
• Communication skills, team capability, and hands-on mentality
• Very good German language skills (C1/C2), good English language skills are advantageous

Our offer on a full-time basis includes a gross monthly salary from 3,500.00 EUR. Depending on your qualifications and relevant professional experience, an increase is of course possible.
