To professionally secure our growth and strategically develop our operational structures in project business, we are looking for an experienced individual as an Operations & Process Manager (m/w/d).
Your Mission
You will design and improve our operational processes, digital systems, and structures in the project-driven interior construction and general contracting environment. In close cooperation with construction and project management, you will act as the central interface to finance, purchasing, HR, and IT and ensure efficient operations, transparent information, and smooth project execution.
You think process-oriented, act practically, and establish standards that create real value in the daily operational project environment – with a clear focus on project execution on and around the construction site and not on classic logistics, warehouse, or series processes.

Our offer on a full-time basis includes a gross monthly salary from 3,500.00 EUR. Depending on your qualifications and relevant professional experience, an increase is of course possible.
