We are looking for an HR Manager (100%) with comprehensive professional experience and in-depth knowledge in personnel management including payroll.

Responsibilities include: sole responsibility for the entire HR department (without management responsibility); operational management of the entire payroll process for approximately 100 employees; point of contact for employees, management, authorities, and agencies in all HR, payroll, and insurance matters; control and execution of the recruitment and onboarding process; management of entries and exits as well as master data maintenance; ensuring a seamless administration of social insurances including the pension fund; monitoring of time and absence management; account reconciliation and close cooperation with the financial accounting department as well as issuance of annual salary statements; development and promotion of talent management and employee training; responsibility for annual settlements (internal and external); support and supervision of commercial trainees; building and further developing a professional HR controlling; creation and evaluation of HR key figures, reports, and statistics.

Qualifications include: completed commercial training with a specialist diploma in human resources or a business administration degree with a focus on HR; several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the retail or corporate environment; high service orientation, reliability, and discretion; very good German as well as good French and English skills; independent, precise, and structured working method with a strong numerical understanding; team spirit, self-responsibility, and solution-oriented thinking; high resilience, flexibility, and motivation for further development; very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage.
