We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing organization. This executive will own the strategy and execution across all facets of marketing, driving brand visibility, market differentiation, and demand generation. Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, the VP of Marketing will serve as a member of the senior leadership team, shaping our market position and fueling growth.
What You'll Do:
- Strategy and Team Leadership – Lead a high-performing marketing team across multiple disciplines.
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and growth targets.
- Build and manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI across all initiatives.
- Brand Leadership – Build and elevate our brand to stand out in the competitive cybersecurity marketplace.
- Own brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to differentiate UltraViolet Cyber.
- Elevate brand visibility through PR, analyst relations, CISO engagement, and events.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives including research and customer case studies.
- Market Intelligence – Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to guide positioning and campaigns.
- Establish KPIs to measure brand impact, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and resource allocation.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to guide positioning.
- Demand & Lead Generation – Oversee multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Leverage digital marketing, events, webinars, and campaigns to maximize market reach.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to optimize ABM programs.
- Field & Partner Marketing – Drive field marketing programs and joint GTM initiatives with technology and channel partners.
- Support field marketing initiatives, regional campaigns, and industry event participation.
- Develop co-branded programs to expand reach and strengthen ecosystem relationships.
- Content & Digital – Oversee content strategy, including messaging, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and customer success stories.
- Optimize digital presence through SEO, SEM, and website performance to drive engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards across all marketing assets.
What You Have:
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of building brand awareness and generating pipeline in B2B environments.
- Experience leading across all core marketing functions (brand, demand gen, content, digital, partner/field marketing).
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across leadership teams and externally with partners/customers.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics, automation platforms, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership skills

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors.
