- Execute and coordinate training programs for operations, sales, customer success, administration, measuring impact on KPIs.
- Design effective training materials and methods, adjusting them to the needs of the team.
- Manage HR processes: onboarding, personnel administration.
- Ensure internal communication, organizational culture, and coordination with corporate HR.
- Report on training and HR indicators, participate in projects for organizational improvement and development.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support or sales (essential)
- Facilitation and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple priorities.
- Desirable: experience in training, enablement, or continuous improvement projects.
