Training Support & Sales Coordination Specialist Digital Technologies

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Support & Sales Coordination Specialist Digital Technologies to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of technical training sessions for our customers and partners, while also supporting sales team with key back-office and processes. Your work will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer experience and maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

Training Support & Coordination

• Acting as a first level support for technical training inquiries from customers
• Organize and prepare customer training environments, including meeting rooms and required materials
• Support external training activities (literature, logistics, documentation)
• Create and review public training offers; conduct sales follow ups
• Plan the yearly public training calendar and support revenue forecasting with management
• Coordinate communication with customers throughout the training process
• Conduct follow-ups with participants after training completion to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

Customer & Sales Back Office Support

• Assist customers with logistical inquiries and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of support tasks
• Maintain data accuracy in CRM systems and ensure structured process execution

Project & Process Coordination

• Support small to medium internal projects related to training, sales operations, or quality management
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and process discipline

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in sales back office coordination or customer operations
• Skills in project coordination and cross-team communication
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Experience using Marketo, CRM systems, or other digital customer platforms
• Strong process orientation and ability to follow structured workflows
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Understanding of quality and auditing processes such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001 or TISAX is a plus

Salary range varies by location and local market conditions - for Poland the annual salary range for this position is 64,800-108,800 PLN gross and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. This position is eligible for additional incentive with a target payout of 5% of base salary.
