As a Strategic Account Executive at UiPath, you will own and grow a portfolio of our most important enterprise and strategic customers. You will drive deep, long-term partnerships that accelerate automation adoption and deliver measurable business impact. This includes expanding existing accounts, identifying new growth opportunities, and aligning UiPath’s platform to the customer’s strategic objectives across business units and regions.
You’ll operate across all levels of the customer organization—from automation leaders and process excellence teams to C-level executives—building trusted relationships that drive transformation. This role is ideal for a consultative, forward-thinking sales professional who thrives in complex enterprise environments and is passionate about creating value through automation and AI.
Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute multi-year account strategies for a defined portfolio of strategic customers, with a focus on value creation, retention, and expansion.
Engage the C-Suite: Build trusted partnerships with senior executives and influence enterprise-level automation and AI roadmaps.
Deliver Business Outcomes: Lead consultative sales motions that align UiPath’s capabilities with customer transformation goals, measurable outcomes, and ROI.
Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Partner Ecosystem, and Product teams to ensure customers achieve success throughout their automation journey.
Leverage the Ecosystem: Work with global system integrators and strategic partners to co-create joint go-to-market plans and scalable automation programs.
Monitor & Adapt: Track account health, competitive activity, and market trends to anticipate customer needs and maintain UiPath’s leadership position in automation and AI.
Enterprise Sales Expertise: 7+ years of experience in complex B2B software sales, ideally with exposure to automation, AI, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop multi-year account plans and deliver against long-term growth objectives.
Executive Presence: Strong experience engaging and influencing C-level executives, with excellent storytelling and negotiation skills.
Collaboration & Leadership: High aptitude for cross-functional coordination, partner engagement, and customer advocacy.
Data-Driven Approach: Skilled in using account insights, analytics, and metrics to inform territory and customer strategy.
Growth Mindset: A self-starter who operates with high energy, discipline, and a passion for innovation in a fast-paced environment.
