Job Title

Responsibilities And Duties:

• Develop email marketing campaigns, SMS, push notifications, among other channels;
• Create marketing automation flows;
• Manage and organize customer databases;
• Monitor campaign metrics (open, click, conversion);
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize results;
• Generate reports with insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Education in Advertising, Marketing or related fields;
• Previous experience in the CRM area;
• Intermediate to advanced Excel;
• Knowledge of Google Analytics;
• Organization, proactivity, and communication skills to interact with different areas;
• Residing in Porto Alegre or Metropolitan Region.

Differentials:

• Experience with the Allin or Wake tool;
• Interest in the culture and entertainment market.

Additional Information:

• Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm - with 1 hour break.
