The Department of Urology is a close knit group of 26 faculty; clinicians and researchers, who share the goal of advancing the field to provide a better world for patients and their families who are affected by urological diseases. Through innovation, education and a commitment to compassionate and quality care we get a step closer to that goal every day. By partnering with our patients and our communities we learn and thrive through their insights and support. Urology touches all ages, all genders and all walks of life. Many of our conditions are life threatening. Many of our conditions significantly impact quality of life. Many of our conditions are delicate and sensitive, requiring the development of a relationship of trust and compassion between the provider and the patient. Through these interactions, we open the door to the discussion with our grateful patients of how they can help us in the common goal of making a better world. Together.
