Hubspot & Salesloft Administrator

The Hubspot & Salesloft Administrator we are looking for is expected to manage and maintain HubSpot and Salesloft data. Import/Export data in HubSpot/Salesloft Dashboards by creating reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and execute data migration/cleansing projects.

The Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data management including data cleansing and deduplication
  • Understand all aspects of HubSpot & Salesloft configuration and technical/functional capabilities
  • Support the Sales team's use of both sales tools, including assisting with list generation/cleanup as needed and help automate processes related to campaigns
  • Manage all new user setups and deactivation, including transferring ownership of contacts/deals for deactivated users
  • Build and manage dashboards, reports, layouts, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users, and other capabilities including:
    • Flows and Process
    • Build workflows for Automation
    • Custom property updates
    • Custom report type creation, profiles, permission sets and rules
  • Support the day-to-day running of the business within HubSpot & Salesloft, which includes interacting with business users and technology partners, in support of the HubSpot CRM & Salesloft environment.
  • Uploads list of contacts from Sales contact sourcing requests.
  • Prepare projects in Google Sheets, audit projects for accuracy and import leads in the CRM
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skill Set & Qualifications Required (External):

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales support, sales analytics, and HubSpot & Salesloft platforms.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing analytically rigorous initiatives.
  • Possess problem-solving, attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to think creatively when necessary to develop creative solutions.
  • Top-notch active listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Innovative and creative in the form of continuous improvement to internal processes.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Experience with maintenance of Hubspot, including Hubspot data
  • Hubspot administration skills
