This position is responsible to diagnose issues, adjust, repair, and perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment while complying with Department of Transportation rules and regulations, maintaining a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
- Must have knowledge to repair trucks, rebuild transmissions, rear ends, and motors.
- Job entails: Standing, walking, bending, stretching, twisting, turning, climbing, pushing, stooping, squatting, and reaching and are required in all areas.
- Ability to Lift 40+ pounds frequently is required in all areas.
- Must be able to tolerate climates ranging from very cold to very hot and very dusty.
- Must be able to climb up and down stairs and ladders.
