You will assist in ensuring customer service and safety within the Transportation Operations team, communicating with drivers, customers, load planning, sales, claims, road service, and facilities. Responsibilities include creating ad hoc reports, performing administrative tasks, and potentially supporting fleet managers under the supervision of the terminal manager. This role offers valuable insights into leadership and safety principles and opportunities for networking across various business units.
