Key Responsibilities

  • Support automation initiatives and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Education: Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field, with at least one year of school remaining.
  • Experience: Junior or Senior standing preferred; prior experience in manufacturing or process improvement is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access); strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week during summer; up to 20 hours during the school year as schedule allows.
  • Travel: Up to 3–4 facility visits during the internship.
  • Application: Resume must include graduation date and major.
  • Location: Must live within 60 miles of the facility.
