The Catering Manager will oversee all aspects of our catering operations, provide administrative support, and occasionally assist as a kitchen team member. This role requires a blend of management, organizational, and culinary skills to ensure the smooth operation of our catering services.
Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events from start to finish:
Handle administrative tasks such as coding invoices, assisting in monthly accounting processes and invoicing catered events.
Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
No relocation assistance.
