Job Title

Job Details:

General Objective:

Receive and process purchase orders to meet customer requirements, ensuring compliance with operation alternatives such as advance payment and/or credit.

Documenting the necessary information for each client according to their needs and requirements.

Establishing a work philosophy focused on customer satisfaction, coordinating and providing first-line support to customers throughout the sales cycle; from order reception and processing to product delivery.

Addressing customer needs such as claims, doubts or documentation requirements to ensure each delivery to the customer is complete and timely.

Specific Objectives:

Manage the service model constantly, ensuring that it is carried out in the predetermined times to ensure deliveries on the requested date by the client.

Process daily purchase orders.

Manage daily with warehouse and logistics areas the delivery of purchase orders.

Negotiate with customers changes in purchase orders, when required.

Anticipate risks and make them known to the entire chain including the customer themselves.

Follow up on customer complaints channeling them with the competent areas, as applicable (sales, warehouse, logistics, quality and/or finance).

Monitor punctually with finance the customer portfolio, in case of existing overdue balances notify sales for follow-up.

Generate pulse reports of the operation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Ensure 100% delivery to the final customer (delivery on time and in good condition and closure of incidents that require NC or Reinvoicing).

Knowledge:

Completed professional career.

Intermediate Excel skills.

Bilingual English – Spanish 100%.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Experience:

1 year of experience in areas of direct customer service, telemarketing areas related.
