Bread/Batter Operator - Vicksburg Plant
This position is responsible for setting up and operating equipment that mixes or blends ingredients used in the manufacturing of food products while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Team member will monitor and adjust machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
- Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions. Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level.
- Be willing to stand 8- 10 hours a day.
- Must be willing to climb up and down stairs to get to the work areas.
- Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.
Rehire Consideration: 1 year (366 days) waiting period. Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.
Experience Required: Must have 3 months work experience within the past 12 months.
