This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties such as answering telephones; typing documents and correspondence; compiling data and generating reports; maintaining files; billing and checking of loading documents for accuracy and any other duties or special projects as assigned. Workday duties to aid and assist all Management Team Members. Coordinate tasks between Human Resources/Benefits/Operations. Must be willing to wear safety equipment/PPE while assisting Management out on the production floor.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: 2 plus years experience with Tyson preferred
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills
Communication Skills: Bilingual a plus, attention to detail is a must
Travel: As Required
This position reports to the Superintendent
This position is slated for candidates who are currently working at this facility. Priority consideration will be provided to these applicants first. If local Team Members are not selected, Team Members from other locations and external candidates will then be reviewed for consideration.
