HR Intern
We are looking for an HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. This role will give you hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll support, and employee engagement activities. You will work closely with the team to learn and support daily HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding (prepare documents, collect employee information).
- Help update and maintain employee records in the HR system (HiBob).
- Assist with attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll preparation.
- Prepare simple HR reports and support data entry/clean-up.
- Help organize HR events and activities (health check-up, company trip, team events).
- Provide general admin support to the HR team.
