This position is responsible for executing digital communication campaigns and building personalized customer journeys across Vistra Retail's digital channels, with the goal of enhancing and optimizing our customers' experience to drive satisfaction and loyalty. The associate will leverage data-driven insights to design, implement, and optimize automated and ad-hoc communications that engage customers at every stage of their relationship with our brands. Operationally, the associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of targeted messages and experiences that reinforce brand loyalty and drive measurable results. As a champion for digital engagement, the associate will recommend and implement enhancements to campaign strategies, automation workflows, and journey mapping to deliver relevant, timely, and meaningful interactions—supporting customers from onboarding through the first year, renewal, and beyond.
