Operations Program Manager
Job responsibilities:
- Translate strategic objectives to on the ground operational results
- Consistently design, generate, and circulate metrics that drive clarity and alignment
- Come to the office on the beach in Los Angeles every day (Venice Beach)
- Take end to end responsibility for results, regardless of what that entails, including hiring additional managers as needed, working with other functions, and auditing low level tasks yourself if necessary
Applicant profile:
- Supply chain, heavy operations (e.g. manufacturing), or strategy consulting experience with an execution focus
- Degree from top university in STEM, Economics, or Finance
- Proven track record of strong general management skills and driving operational results
- History of managing complex and messy business processes with metrics
- Familiarity with querying databases using SQL
- Detail oriented, paranoid about quality
