The expected salary range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
This position is required to be on-site, Monday through Friday.

As a Human Resources Information Systems Technical Manager at Tutor Perini Corp., reporting to Director of Payroll, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll systems (Workday and JDE), configuration, integrations business processes and reporting.
Develop 3 Year HR, Benefits and Payroll System Roadmap
Create Project Plans and Design Plans for system enhancements and system stabilization
Collaborate with the IT Department and existing consulting management service providers (Argano JDE & lnvisors Workday)
Manage and maintain HR, Benefits and Payroll employee data in Workday and JDE
Troubleshoot system issues and provide users functional and technical support
Collaborate with all departments and business units on new or existing business requirement changes
Manage, develop, and implement systems updates, enhancements, integrations, and custom reports
Manage system configuration and coordinate testing of system changes with support team
Support IT in implementing, modifying, and testing system changes including integrations
Mentor, train, and develop procedures for all users
Maintain internal controls and compliance for SOX internal and external audits
Liaise with Human Resources, Payroll, IT, Corporate Accounting, Corporate Audit and Business Unit Finance personnel
Degree in Human Resources, IT, Finance, or related experience
15 years of HRIS, IT and Project Management experience in a large multi-state/multi-FEIN organization
10 years of construction or union experience preferred
10 years of in-house system processing in Workday or JDE preferred
Proficient knowledge of labor and tax compliance related to HR, Benefits, Payroll, and integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
