As a Social Services Director, you will help lead the delivery of social services in a skilled nursing environment by coordinating care that supports the emotional and psychosocial well-being of each resident. Your role will include assisting with resident admissions and discharges, care planning, and ensuring residents and families receive the support and resources they need. You'll play a key part in promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life in accordance with facility policies, federal and state regulations, and the values of person-centered care.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A heart for working with older adults and their families
• A degree in social work, psychology, human services, or a related field
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to organize, advocate, and communicate effectively
• A desire to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team environment
• Must meet state requirements for working in a skilled nursing facility (we'll help guide you!)
