We're looking for a Player-Coach Sales Leader who's ready to build a high-performing sales function, close strategic deals, and drive revenue growth in service of real-world health impact. If that sounds like you, apply now!

  • Expanding in fast-growing for-profit health companies across Africa, LATAM and Asia
  • Capturing value in digital health, pharmacy chains, telemedicine platforms, and last-mile service delivery

You'll be joining a mission-driven team, backed by strong product foundations and a global reputation for impact.

What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue growth: Own sales targets and build a repeatable engine for new business—especially in for-profit health
  • Lead from the front: Stay hands-on with key deals, crafting proposals and building senior relationships
  • Refine our GTM strategy: Sharpen ICP focus, sales playbooks, messaging, and outbound motion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, partnerships, and marketing to position Turn.io as the platform of choice for scalable health services
  • Build and lead the Sales team: Recruit, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives and SDRs

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Have a strong track record closing complex B2B or SaaS deals, ideally with for-profit health providers or tech-forward businesses in emerging markets
  • Are excited to build, not just operate—bringing structure, discipline, and energy to an early-stage sales function
  • Know how to balance strategic thinking with efficient scrappy execution
  • Are driven by results, but motivated by purpose—seeing how revenue growth can power lasting impact
  • Are confident navigating cross-cultural teams and customers in the Global South

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in healthtech, digital health, or messaging platforms
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp APIs or enterprise customer success
  • Based in or experienced selling into Africa, Asia, or LATAM
