- Expanding in fast-growing for-profit health companies across Africa, LATAM and Asia
- Capturing value in digital health, pharmacy chains, telemedicine platforms, and last-mile service delivery
You'll be joining a mission-driven team, backed by strong product foundations and a global reputation for impact.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue growth: Own sales targets and build a repeatable engine for new business—especially in for-profit health
- Lead from the front: Stay hands-on with key deals, crafting proposals and building senior relationships
- Refine our GTM strategy: Sharpen ICP focus, sales playbooks, messaging, and outbound motion
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, partnerships, and marketing to position Turn.io as the platform of choice for scalable health services
- Build and lead the Sales team: Recruit, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives and SDRs
You Might Be a Fit If You
- Have a strong track record closing complex B2B or SaaS deals, ideally with for-profit health providers or tech-forward businesses in emerging markets
- Are excited to build, not just operate—bringing structure, discipline, and energy to an early-stage sales function
- Know how to balance strategic thinking with efficient scrappy execution
- Are driven by results, but motivated by purpose—seeing how revenue growth can power lasting impact
- Are confident navigating cross-cultural teams and customers in the Global South
Bonus Points For
- Experience in healthtech, digital health, or messaging platforms
- Familiarity with WhatsApp APIs or enterprise customer success
- Based in or experienced selling into Africa, Asia, or LATAM
