In the course of our growth, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (m/w/d), ideally with experience in temporary employment and merger and acquisition projects at our branches in Munich or Frankfurt am Main.

  • Competent contact person for managers and employees in all personal matters in the assigned area
  • Contact and negotiation partner for co-determination bodies in the assigned area
  • Central contact for the topic of temporary employment
  • Control and implementation of labor law measures
  • Control of global, regional, and local processes (e.g., performance reviews, salary rounds, etc.) in the care area
  • Use of personnel metrics, maintenance and preparation of the corresponding files and documents
  • Creation of reports and derivation of substantiated and pragmatic action recommendations
  • Continuous improvement of HR processes with regard to standardization and efficiency
  • Accompaniment of HR projects

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed degree (business administration, focus on human resources, etc.) or comparable qualification
  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in operational human resources work in an international and dynamic company/environment
  • Excellent language skills in German and English
  • Experience in project management and data analysis is an advantage
  • High data affinity and ideally experience in the field of compensation and benefits
  • Very good knowledge of labor and constitutional law as well as temporary employment law
  • Experience with M&A projects
  • Secure handling of MS Office products and other management tools
  • Self-reliant, proactive, and autonomous working style, hands-on-mentality, and high team orientation
  • High communication and consulting skills as well as customer orientation
