Lead or support the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness. Create both high-level and detailed schedules, including assumptions, productivity rates, calendars, constraints, and schedule health checks. Facilitate planning sessions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align timelines, resolve conflicts, and drive decisions. Conduct schedule risk analysis, define contingencies, and support mitigation planning. Implement and manage schedule controls, progress tracking, and resource-loaded schedules using appropriate tools and systems. Align schedules with cost estimates, forecasts, and execution strategies in collaboration with cost and estimating teams. Review and validate third-party schedules and ensure alignment with project standards and expectations. Provide regular schedule performance updates, trend analysis, and scenario planning using dashboards and reporting tools. Lead or support special projects, process improvements, and the development of project management tools, templates, and procedures. Build and maintain executive dashboards and data visualizations using platforms like Power BI, integrating data from various systems. Support training and knowledge sharing on planning and scheduling best practices.
Degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, with 8 years of experience delivering large-scale capital projects across multiple phases. Strong expertise in project controls, planning, and construction management, with advanced skills in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Proficient in developing and managing resource- and cost-loaded schedules, integrating with cost control systems for earned value analysis, S-curves, and manpower planning. Experienced in schedule risk analysis, including quantitative risk assessments, contingency planning, and schedule reserve management. Skilled in CQV planning, system turnover, and operational readiness for complex technical environments. Proven ability to integrate cost, schedule, risk, and change management using consistent coding structures and data governance. Strong communication and collaboration skills; effective in cross-functional teams and adaptable to on-site or remote project environments.
