Job Description

The Senior Project Manager Officer supports pharmaceutical projects to ensure:

• Structuring the program delivery process and assisting in the management of individual projects;
• Structuring the regional and local team and defining roles and responsibilities;
• Developing the cross-axial communication plan;
• Consolidating KPIs;

Your missions will be to:

• Contribute to the definition and follow-up of the global portfolio of projects;
• Set up the program structure and define an execution process in accordance with the commercial strategy, working in collaboration with the client program manager;
• Contribute to the definition and deployment of the project management methodology: Development and integration of appropriate tools and systems that are harmonized with the project lifecycle management to ensure delivery in compliance with quality, time, and cost;
• Test and adapt tools to ensure they are applicable to the program and context, and support the standardization of program management (Agile Management);
• Continue to review and simplify the methodology by adapting to client needs and changes;
• Control key performance indicators (KPI);
• Implement and monitor action plans;
• Report risks and mitigations;
• Work in collaboration with project managers to contribute to project planning and cost establishment, by developing solid and applicable work plans;
• Ensure project deliverables follow the required quality level, respect deadlines and budget, in accordance with the project plan;
• Ensure the conformity of deliverables to the company's internal standards;
• Work in direct collaboration with the program cost manager (for large programs), manage project budgets, monitor expenses, costs, and benefits;
• Provide reports and analyses to the client account manager to enable effective decision-making in resource allocation to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience of at least 5 years in complex construction projects in the pharmaceutical, industrial, or similar sectors (such as in energy/oil & gas);
• Engineering degree, university equivalent, Master in Project Management, or other technical training;
• PMP/PMI certification is a plus;
• Interpersonal skills, good communication abilities;
• Proactivity, dynamism, and strength of proposal;
• Flexibility and adaptability to change;
• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken), ability to lead meetings independently;
• Advanced skills in Power-Bi or other management tool (preferred);
• A genuine interest in project management (client side – in Assistance à la Maitrise d'Ouvrage AMO) and its tools.
