Are you an experienced HRIS administrator looking to take the next step in your career? We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our global human resources systems team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both systems administration and data, solving problems, and developing analytics across a global organisation.

About the Role

As Global HR Systems Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR systems. You will help maintain data accuracy, ensure compliance, and develop meaningful analytics that support decision-making across Turner & Townsend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve HR systems issues and answer queries, working closely with colleagues, vendors, and internal IT teams.
  • Maintain data integrity, security, and SOX compliance controls.
  • Analyse HR data and produce management information, identifying trends, offering insights, and making recommendations.
  • Create user-friendly guidance and training materials to support system users.
  • Lead on data quality initiatives and support testing for new and updated system features.
  • Manage the HR systems admin mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve data collection, reporting, and system processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in HRIS system administration (experience with iTrent is a plus, but not essential).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in Outlook and Teams), and using Excel to manipulate large datasets.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and present findings clearly and effectively.
