Job Description
Technical advice within the scope of qualifications held
Preparation of technical opinions (Technical Due Diligence)
Acting as an industry consultant/supervision inspector on implemented projects
Verification of construction and implementation designs as well as as-built documentation
Participation in the acceptance of facilities and construction and installation works
Verification of costs of industry works
Advice on selecting contractors for construction and installation works
Qualifications
Unlimited construction license to design and manage construction works in the installation specialization in the field of electrical installations and devices, or confirmed necessary professional experience and, within 6 months, readiness to obtain the above-mentioned qualifications
Knowledge of Polish construction law and technical conditions with a focus on their practical application
Fluent in Polish and English at a level that allows for fluent communication, including knowledge of industry terminology
Experience in preparing technical opinions (Technical Due Diligence) is welcome,
Experience in the field of sustainable construction, innovation, technology, certification will be an asset
Fluent in MS Office
Driving license category B
Willingness to travel to sites.
