Application of the business development understanding to management information and reporting to deliver insights and reporting. Provision of weekly, monthly and quarterly standardised reporting which collates data into meaningful information for Board-level executives, leadership and business development professionals. Produce insightful and accurate commentary and analysis to accompany data and analysis. Collate multiple datasets in Dynamics 365, PowerBI and Sharepoint based systems to create a single, accurate view to aid business development activities. Engage diverse stakeholders to build understanding on the impact of data and how it is used to make business decisions. Provide inductions, training and guidance to stakeholders which improves reporting accuracy and understanding. Maintain data quality and consistency through establishing processes, procedures and guidance which support improved ways of working. Accurate data entry support to maintain systems and support priority requirements. Development of PowerBI and Sharepoint dashboards/lists and repositories to aid reporting. Work with colleagues in Finance and Business Development teams locally and globally.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Development or a related field. Experience in business development or sales. Proficiency in Dynamics 365, SalesForce, Excel and Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Drive for continuous improvement, and problem solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of data governance and best practices. Ability to work at pace in a fast paced environment.
